Introduction
On Wednesday 15th October 2008 I met up with a very cold Carol Drinkwater to chat with her about 'The Olive Tree ', her latest book about her journey to not only find the original source of the olive tree but to find the oldest living one.
She arrived in understated elegance but having just flown in from a very warm South of France she was just a tad cold in London of 15C. When she talked about her olive tree adventure it was obvious just how passionate she was about it and how to grow it with tender loving care - organically.
