Synopsis
Kitty Norville, the country's only celebrity werewolf, thinks she's finally got her life sorted. Review
As with Carrie Vaughn' previous books, she has kept the tone fairly light but with the exception of a couple 'serious' situ's.
The main antagonist, Kitty, almost takes a step back from the action, and you see her more as a woman than a girl.The character development has also come along a little too. Vaughn explores the back stories of her characters, so you gain a better insight into them and their currant positions/situations.
There are still plenty of angst, simple dialogue, romance and supernatural creepies to keep any young teenager or someone not wanting to challenge themselves, happy.
A word of warning, although the book trips along at a fair pace, you may find that once you reach the end that you feel you've missed part of the story or there are loose ends..... I guess these might be cleared up in Carrie Vaughn' next edition to the 'Kitty' books.
