Review
This is the second book in The Adventure Island series with Emily Scott ,Jack and Drift the dog.
A film is being made at Pendragon Manor, which has a legend about a ghost and the leading lady has disappeared so Emily and co are quickly on the case.
I like the way that Helen Moss portrays some of her characters, especially Sid Golding who is the film Director, who is completly over the top and a nightmare to work with - but the leading male Brett di Blanco, a lovely play on, is not much better because he thinks so much of himself.
A very enjoyable book with plenty of dramatic action with good story lines and always a satisfactory ending.Highly Recommended
